Through collaboration with various major rental platforms and marketing via its own website, Fjord Rentals reaches a broad audience of guests both domestically and internationally. This enables us to achieve a high occupancy rate.

In addition to promoting your holiday home, you can delegate all matters related to the rental of your property. Fjord Rentals takes care of your administration, the cleaning, guest communication, and, if desired, even the minor maintenance of your holiday home.
 

Step 1: Get in touch

Would you like to rent out your holiday home through Fjord Rentals? We would be happy to discuss the possibilities during a non-binding introductory meeting.

Step 2: Discuss your rental wishes

We will schedule an appointment at our office in Apeldoorn, in Norway, or online to discuss all the details regarding the rental of your holiday home. We will create a rental plan and review the rental contract together.

Step 3: Professional photoshoot of your property

We will send our photographer to capture your holiday home in Norway in the most attractive way possible. Photos will be taken of all rooms in the house, as well as drone shots of the exterior and the location of your holiday home.

Step 4: Your holiday home goes online

Your holiday home will be listed on rental platforms such as Booking.com, Airbnb, and VRBO. Additionally, we will create a property page on the Fjord Rentals website. The Marketing department will work on increasing the visibility of your holiday home on Fjord Rentals channels.
 

Step 5: The first bookings come in

In the owner portal, you can view all information about your holiday home. This includes reviews, the status of all bookings, guest details, commission settlements, and invoices.
