Can I check in and out any day of the week?
No, at the moment it is only possible to check in and out on Saturdays. This means that bookings are always for entire weeks.
Do you have to be 18 years old to book a holiday home?
Do you have to be 18 years old to book a holiday home?
Yes, booking a holiday home is only possible if the tenant is 18 years or older.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, a standard deposit of €500 applies when booking a holiday home. This deposit will be returned to your bank account two weeks after your return.
Can I cancel the holiday rental free of charge?
Can I cancel the holiday rental free of charge?
No, cancellation is subject to fees. The cancellation fee depends on the period between the cancellation and the booked arrival date. This arrangement is included in Article 6 of the General Rental Terms and Conditions.
Is bed linen provided?
Is bed linen provided?
Yes! When booking the property, please specify the number of people in your party. We will make sure a set of bed linen is available for each person. There is no need to bring bed linen, in other words.

Yes, a towel set consisting of 1 large towel and 1 small towel is provided per person. When booking the property, please specify the number of people in your party, and we will make sure there is a towel set for each person.
What time can I check in and out?
What time can I check in and out?
On the day you arrive, you can check in from 16.00 in the afternoon. On the day of departure, you will need to check out no later than 10.00 in the morning.
Where do I find the key to the property?

Where can I find the WiFi password?
Where can I find the WiFi password?
Before arriving at the property, we will send you an information document by email. This email contains the WiFi password, among other things. In the unlikely event that you missed this email, there is always an instruction booklet available in the holiday home containing the WiFi password.

Shampoo and/or shower gel are not provided as standard, please bring your own.
